For some reason, I CANNOT beat DIO solo even with an A-tier Stando, so here I am asking the people of fandom to give me some advice in the case where he spawns im my private server.

I used GER's "Return to Zero" to return his dmg and it take about 2 minutes to kill him.
Get Coffin Boi, if you don't have DTW. It does percentage damage.
Strategy:
1) ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS make use of your spawn-in forcefield.[
2)when he ts, reset, his ts has a cooldown of 20-30 seconds.
3)Coffin Boi or DTW three shot combo: H+T+R

My guy, just use sakuya.
First, this stand is immune to Dio's "ZA WARUDO"
Sakuya's ranged, you don't have to get near that bastard
And lastly, Sakuya's damage is decent. You can rekt Dio in 7 mins I guess.

Stands that can move in TS. Duality Pot Platinum, Tusk Act 4, MUI, Sakuya, etc.
And I agree with the first comment, too. Coffin Boi and DTW are great. They may not be able to move in TS, but you can cover that by resetting. Also making use of the force field really helps, as if timed well it can negate a whole TS damage, and let you sustain more hits from DIO before dying.
