If you dont have E they can just barrage you because E is the only move that counters barrage for Noc T dosen't cancel barrage even tho it stuns

Like if im playing nocturnus im not gunna go in there without atleast my E off cooldown since i suck at hitting lmbs so i have to run a little to get E off cooldown

I think its untrue but maybe if you hit t you can do rest of combo?
