Info
BobBallin is a NPC added in the Update 3.7 Update and is the NPC required to obtain the Haoshoku Haki Subpower. He takes the appearance of one of the admins of AUT, but in a suit and tie, and is located by the Gamemode Park leaning on the furthest left podium by the green screen. This NPC also requires you to have both Kenbunshoku & Busoshoku Haki unlocked for him to talk to you. Haki is not universal, which means players must do the quests seperately in order to obtain Haki for each ability.
Haoshoku Haki Questline
- Defeat 500 Pirates
- Defeat Luffy
- Defeat Shanks
- Defeat Whitebeard
Returning to BobBallin will grant you Haoshoku Haki. You can upgrade it by defeating enemies with it equipped.
