DIO's Diary is an item that can be obtained through killing DIO. As of now, this is basically an item that lets you progress Heaven quests instantaneously. In JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, this was the diary of Dio featured in part 6 "Stone Ocean." It was found by Jotaro Kujo after he had killed DIO, but later he burned the book. The diary revealed Dio's plan to obtain "Heaven." Pucci later steals Jotaro Kujo's memory disc to read his memory about the "Heaven Plan" which allowed him to evolve Whitesnake to C-Moon.
Attainability
Obtained through a Treasure Chest with a 9% chance or by killing DIO with a 10% spawn rate
It can also be obtained via the Goku quest when the Dragon grants you a wish and you choose Ascension.
Dio Diary can no longer be used on C-moon
