DoFlamingo (NPC) is an NPC that is based off one of the many antagonists of One Piece Donquixote Doflamingo. He allows the player to do the Ope Ope Questline if they have equipped a level 200 ability. There are 4 parts to this questline.
Location[]
The DoFlamingo NPC is located above the waterfalls of the Soccer Field on the right.
Ope Questline[]
Part 1: A Swordsman's Training[]
- Take 5k Damage with Standless
- Complete the 'Lost Swords' Questline
- Deal 30k Damage with Anubis
- Use 30 Umbra Dashes
- Slay 15 Curses with any Sword Ability (This includes Umbra, Anubis, Yone, Yasuo, and Candy Cutlass)
- Defeat Umbra with Standless
Part 2: The Worst Generation[]
- Defeat Boa
- Defeat Minos Prime with Standless
- Defeat Kuro
- Complete the 'Save the Village' Questline
- Amass 500k Bounty (You can receive 50k bounty per player you kill in a PUBLIC SERVER. To know more information, visit this page)
Part 3: Valuable Resources[]
- Bring 10 Saint's Parts to DoFlamingo
- Obtain 250k UShards
- Search 15 Sand Debris
- Complete the 'Material Costs' Questline
- Collect 7 Meteorites
Part 4: Secondary Requirements[]
- The only thing you are going to need for this part is Law's Cap and 2.5 million UCoins
- After all of this, you will have to go back to DoFlamingo for the last time to get Ope Ope No Mi
