Overview

The Gomu Gomu No Mi (Spec) is a Legendary spec that is based on the protagonist of the One Piece anime/manga, Monkey D. Luffy. Known by his friends and enemies as Luffy, he is the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates.

Attainability

To obtain the spec, there are 3 routes.

Route 1:

The player must travel to Orange Town and speak to Shanks (NPC) for his quest.
Upon completing the quest, the player will be rewarded with the Gomu Devil Fruit.

Route 2:

Fight Whitebeard, who spawns every 3 hours globally at Marineford.
Defeat him for a chance to receive the Gomu Devil Fruit.

Route 3:

Find the Gomu Devil Fruit on the floor as a Legendary spawn.

Gear Second/Third Obtainment

To obtain Gear Second/Third, you must speak to Luffy (NPC) with Ascension rank 2+ in order for him to grant the quest. Ffter completing the quest, the player will unlock the ability to use the Gear Second/Third transformation.
