Overview

The Gomu Gomu No Mi (Spec) is a Legendary ability used by the protagonist of the One Piece Anime/Manga, Monkey D. Luffy. Known by his friends and enemies as Luffy, is the main protagonist of the One Piece Manga and is the captain of the Straw Hat Pirates. First a boy from Foosha Town, he began his quest to become the Pirate King, a title owned by the dead legend Gol D. Roger, and went through many adventures, gathering trusty allies and crewmembers. He is currently the Number 2 most wanted person by the Gorosei, the leaders of the Marines, and has awakened his devil fruit. Once known as the Gomu Gomu No Mi, after gaining 4 Gears (or transformations), he awakened his fruit, revealing itself to be the mythic Hito Model: Nika Fruit, also known as the Sun God fruit.

Attainability

To obtain the spec, there are 3 routes.

Route 1:

You must speak to Shanks (NPC) in Orange Town and receive his quest
Upon completing the quest, the player will be rewarded with the Gomu Gomu No Mi

Route 2:

Fight Whitebeard, who spawns every 3 hours globally at Marineford
Defeat him to have a chance to receive the Gomu Gomu No Mi

Route 3:

Find the Gomu Gomu No Mi on the floor as a Legendary spawn

Gear Second/Third Obtainment

To obtain Gear Second/Third, you need Ascension 2 on Gomu and need to talk to Luffy (NPC), who is located to the left of the Orange Town entryway. Talking to him will give the player the quest to obtain Gear Second, and after completing the quest, the player will be given the ability to use the Gear Second/Third transformation.
