Gyro Zeppeli is the secondary protagonist in the hit Anime/Manga Steel Ball Run, the seventh part of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, allying with Johnny Joestar, the main protagonist of Steel Ball Run, in order to stop the president Funny Valentine's plan to obtain the Saint's Corpse and grow America's power and influence across the world with his stand Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap. Born from a wealthy family who were known for being executioners, Zeppeli learnt how to become one as he came of age, but when he was told to execute a young boy who was trying to help as a servant, he sought amnesty for the young boy and was given the option to race in the Steel Ball Run, where if he succeeds the boy will be released. He later is then harassed by Johnny Joestar to learn Spin, his family's technique, and slowly teaches him the secrets of the Golden Ratio. At the final stand against Valentine, he manifests a stand and attempts to kill Valentine, leading to his death and allowing Johnny to finish Valentine. His body was taken back with Johnny’s help and returned to his family.

Upon completion of the quest, the player must return back to Gyro, who will give the player the Saint's Arms, which when used on Tusk Act 1 will evolve it into Tusk Act 2.
