Gyro Zeppeli is a character which appears in Steel Ball Run, the seventh part of JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure, allying with Johnny Joestar, the main protagonist of Steel Ball Run. He is located near the beach under a tree, and he is an NPC needed for the final stage to get Tusk Act 4, as "he’ll polish your spin technique if you have Tusk Act 3 with the Saint's Eyes item".
This NPC no longer has any use since the New Universe 3.0 Update due to all Tusk Acts being removed from the game.
