Overview[]
The Hamon Informants are two NPCs added in Update 2.6. Both NPCs need to be talked to with Base Hamon equipped as they will simply shoo you away if you have any other ability.
Location[]
Both NPC's are located on the Joestar Manor Island accessible from the Ferry Captain. Upon first entering the island you will immediately spot William Zeppeli who is the Informant for Jonathan Joestar
Traveling towards the center of the island you will spot a fountain and to the left of that fountain standing next to a tree is Speedwagon the Informant for Joseph Joestar.
Allies Informant Questline[]
Both NPCs will give you the same quest.
Part 1: Joseph/Jonathan's Informant[]
- Defeat Hooligan (0/10) using Base Hamon
- Hooligans can be found within the Port, Central Wilds, Floating Village, and the Skatepark
Part 2: Payment of Service[]
- To continue the user must either acquire or already own 375,000 UCoins, the user must also have a free space within their item bank.
- Simply talk to the NPC again to receive the letter for the Corresponding NPC
The user can then use the Letter to Joseph received from Speedwagon to begin the questline with Joseph Joestar or the Letter to Jonathan received from Zeppeli to begin the questline with Jonathan Joestar
