- Their Levels range from 31-90 and are found at the Port, Central Wilds, Floating Village, and Skatepark.
- Killing a group of Hooligans will drop a Loot Chest ranging from common, rare, epic or legendary.
- Hooligans drop their Arm Bands when killed during the Material Costs Quest.
- Hooligans are part of the The Boss Slayer Contract as their EXP is needed in order to summon them.
