Go to the Adventure Board NPC to take up the “Save The Village” Adventure Quest
Kill Kuro of a Hundred Plans to obtain the Claw Fragment item (100% guaranteed drop)
Obtain 6 Claw Fragments
Use 6 Claw Fragments to craft the Kuro Claws ability.
