Overview[]
Kuro of a Hundred Plans is a quest boss that spawns when the player has the 'Save the Village' quest line and talking to Usopp in Syrup Village. Kuro of a Hundred Plans is a minor antagonist from the long running anime/manga, One Piece; he first appears in Volume 3 Chapter 23 of the One Piece manga.

- (100%) chance to drop the 'Claw Fragment', which is used to craft the 'Kuro Claws' Spec.
Appearance[]
Kuro appears to wear a black coat with golden buttons and cuffs, with a white shirt partially unbuttoned and a loose black tie. He wears leather black pants and shoes, with a gold buckle belt and on his hands he wears sharp attachable claws, three prongs on each hand. His head has a smooth cut hairline and round glasses that constantly fall down his face. Despite this, he is calculating, powerful, and fast.
Spawn Location[]
He spawns in Syrup Village after taking the 'Save the Village' quest from the Quest Dealer in the middle of the map between the Crafter NPC and the Banner Summon NPC. He can be stunned and ragdolled, but not grabbed.
Trivia[]
- Kuro of a Thousand Plans uses almost every attack from the Kuro Claws spec.
- Strangely enough, Kuro's name has not changed like the other One Piece bosses.
