Overview

Luffy (NPC) is an NPC that is based off the main protagonist of One Piece Monkey D. Luffy. He allows the player to do the questline to unlock Gear 2/3 if they have Gomu with ascension rank 2+ equipped. There are 5 parts to this questline.

Location

The Luffy NPC is located at Orange Town by the port.

Gomu's Gear 2 Questline

Part 1: What's for Dinner?

1. You must simply acquire a Meat On A Bone as an uncommon drop from loot chests
   • Place the Meat On A Bone into your item bank and return it to him in order to continue the questline.

Part 2: Rival Crew Clean-Up

1. Defeat 25 Pirates with Gomu Gomu No Mi (Spec)

Part 3: Gomu Gomu Vs Bara Bara

1. Defeat The Clown with Gomu Gomu No Mi (Spec)

Part 4: Relieving The Surgeon from Duty

1. Defeat Law with Gomu Gomu No Mi (Spec)

Part 5: Rubber Rumble

1. Defeat Luffy with Gomu Gomu No Mi (Spec)

When the player completes the quest, they will have to go back to Luffy in order to receive Gear 2/3.
