Overview

The Mero Mero No Mi (Spec) is a Legendary ability that is based off the character Boa Hancock from the hit manga/anime series One Piece by Eiichiro Oda, and was originally introduced in the Volume 53 Chapter 516.

Attainability

To obtain this spec, there are 3 routes:

Route 1:

Obtain a Heart either as a drop from Surgeon of Death, as a Legendary drop from item chests, or as a natural spawn
Talk to the Bartholomew Kuma NPC and teleport to Valentine’s Island
Summon the Empress of Love with the Heart item and have her drop the Bouquet of Flowers
Obtain 3 Legendary Mero Shards from the Ability Banner
Craft the spec using Bouquet of Flowers and the 3 Legendary Mero Shards to obtain the Mero Devil Fruit
Use the crafted Mero Devil Fruit to obtain the spec

Route 2:

Talking to the Bartholomew Kuma NPC and teleporting to Valentine’s Island
Summon the Empress of Love with the Heart item and have her drop the Mero Devil Fruit with a 5% drop chance.

Route 3:

Find the Mero Mero No Mi underneath trees randomly as a legendary spawn

Route 4:

Fight Whitebeard, who spawns at Marineford every 3 hours globally.
Defeat Whitebeard with a 75% chance of a random fruit, which also includes the Mero Devil Fruit.
