There are 16 mount skins in game currently, and can be obtained by either buying a bike mount at the Mount Shop NPC for 100,000 Ucoins, buying a hoverboard for 250,000 Ucoins, or completing the Daily Quest, who is located by the Mount Shop NPC, and doing his quest for 1 Million UShards for a chance to get a random mount (Some mounts cannot be obtained by the Daily Questline from the Daily Quest (NPC). Visit the page for more details). You can also buy all of the mounts in the Mount Shop in the Store for UPoints excluding the Bike and the Hoverboard.
Some NPCs such as Ghost Rider gives quests to obtain a mount, and bosses like Crocodile can drop a special mount.
To equip a mount, access the player Storage and equip it from the Mount Inventory. It will appear in the player's hotbar or their player inventory as an item called 'Mount'. This item cannot be sold.
