Pirate(s) are seemingly generic scallywags that come equipped with either a cutlass or a flintlock
- Their Levels range from 100-200 and are found exclusively within Orange Town
- Killing the crew will drop a Loot Chest ranging from Common, Rare, Epic or Legendary.
- Pirates are required to be killed for the Gomu Gomu No Mi, Gryphon, Gomu Gomu No Mi: Gear 2, Busoshoku Haki, Kenbunshoku Haki, Haoshoku Haki, and Hito: Model Nika Questlines.

- The Pirates appearance is randomized between 4 different avatars and between 2 possible weapons on spawn, with their overall scale being somewhat randomized between three sizes.
- The Pirate gunners have a similar property to Tusk Act 4 in which they can apply random debuffs by attacking, albeit through a singular, auto-aimed attack.
- The 'Whitebeard Pirates' summoned during the Whitebeard raid fight at Marineford are similar in appearence, however do not count as Pirate kills for the One Piece related quests as they are still separate NPC's
