Silvers Rayleigh, also known as Raylaigh, was the former first mate and one of the most powerful Haki users to ever exist. He was given the titles 'Dark King' and 'Right Hand of the Pirate King', and taught Luffy how to wield the basic forms of Haki. He is used to reroll Haki Colors at the cost of 100 UPoints or 50 is the user has Premium. He was located at the City Center before the 4.9 update. He is now currently near the West Park waypoint across the sewers.
