Overview[]
Silvers Rayleigh, also known as Raylaigh, was the former first mate and one of the most powerful Haki users to ever exist. He was given the titles 'Dark King' and 'Right Hand of the Pirate King', and taught Luffy how to wield the basic forms of Haki. He use to assist the player in upgrading their haki, which is by either using Haki Manuals or Haki Shards, which are all dropped by Loot Crates. He is located at the City Center.
Haki Progression System[]
The Haki Progression System was added in the New Universe Update 3.7, and gave players the ability to wield haki for One Piece inspired abilities. In order to gain Haki, players must first talk to Agent Bon for Busoshoku Haki, then Murimasu for Kenbunshoku Haki, and finally Bobballin for Haoshoku Haki. Haki is not universal, which means players must do the quests seperately in order to obtain Haki for each One Piece ability. Players can level up their Haki through Haki Manuals and Haki Shards, which players can obtain through Loot Crates. Rayleigh also gives the option to reroll Haki Colour for 100 UPoints, which is universal for all One Piece Abilities.
