The Rundown Mask is a Legendary Item that is required in order to obtain Jonathan Hamon. It has no physical appearance, however it is stated that it is a destroyed or shattered Vampire Mask.

Obtained from defeating Dio Brando (Boss) using Base Hamon as part of the Jonathan Joestar Questline to obtain Jonathan Hamon.
