Overview[]
The Surgeon of Death is one of the bosses that naturally spawn in AUT, basing off the character Trafalgar Law in the long running anime/manga, One Piece; He is the user of the Ope Ope No Mi. He first made his debut in Volume 51 Chapter 498 of the One Piece manga.
Drops[]
- (25%) chance to drop the 'Law's Cap', which is used to craft the "Ope Ope No Mi" with 3 Mythical Ope Shards and 3,500,000 Ucoins.
- (45%) chance to drop Haki Shards
- (33.33%) chance to drop the 'Heart' item
- (1%) chance to drop the Mythical Ope Ope No Mi
Appearance[]
The Surgeon of Death appears as a man with a long black coat, with golden emblems of the Heart Pirates. He wears leopard print blue pants with black boots and a white zebra pattern cap. He wields the sword Kikoku and has the ability to operate the opponent with extreme accuracy, and concentrate his attacks on the blade.
Spawn Location[]
Spawns every 20 minutes at Punk Hazard and is able to be known by a animation of a wanted poster that appears on the player's screen, which can be turned off in the menu which instead signifies his arrival by his theme playing briefly.

- The Surgeon of Death uses every attack from the Ope Ope No Mi Spec
- Trafalgar Law is named "The Surgeon of Death" in order to avoid copyright issues.
- The Surgeon of Death originally had 6,000 health points, but this was increased to 35,000 in Update 3.7, probably to make getting the Hito Model: Nika more difficult.
