The moveset is based off from Dio Brando's vampiric powers in Jojos Bizarre Adventure Part 1 Phantom Blood
Attainability
Vampire can be obtained by following along with the Dio Brando questline and using the Vampire Mask & Vial of Blood that you receive at the end
