Vampire

Vampire is an Uncommon ability based off the vampiric powers of the antagonist Dio Brando in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure Part 1: Phantom Blood that he gained from using the Stone Mask, which gave him inferior powers originating from the Pillar Men.

To obtain this spec, there is 2 routes.

Talk to Dio Brando at City Center and receive his questline
Complete his quest and the player will receive the Vampire Mask & Vial of Blood, which is used on Standless to obtain Vampire.

T		Skeletal Fracture	Perform two swift dashes forward while striking the target in the process.	0
Y		Driving Force	Perform a quick spinning punch, knocking the target away.	25
U		Space Ripper Stingy Eyes	Unleash two beams out of your eyes, piercing anyone that comes in contact with the beam.	50
G	Normal Freeze Flash Freeze Finisher	Flash Freeze	Grab the target to freeze them in place. Recasting the move again while the target is bring frozen triggers a finisher.	25
H		Piercing Glare	Glare at the target, leaving them immobilized for a short time.	25
V		Shadow Step	You briefly vanish for a split second while also moving forward in the process.	0
B		Life Drain	Swiftly pierce the target's body to drain their blood, giving you health in return.	25
