Overview

Weather Report is the Epic stand of Weather Report (later shown to be born as Domenico Pucci & real name Wes Bluemarine), brother of Enrico Pucci.

Attainability

To obtain this stand, there are 2 routes.

Route 1:

1. Scavenge Stand Arrows from Fallen Meteorites falling randomly around the map
2. Obtain Standless from Pucci
3. Use the Stand Arrows on Standless to have a chance to receive Weather Report

Route 2:

1. Scavenge 5 Stand Arrows from Fallen Meteorites falling randomly around the map
2. Obtain 3 Epic Weather Report Shards from the Ability Banner
3. Craft Weather Report using the 5 Stand Arrows and 3 Epic Weather Report Shards

Passive

Elemental Combinations

These can only activate when in heavy weather - Water + Wind = Stuns the target and target deals less damage - Water + Lightning = Electrocute and target has increased cooldowns - Fire + Lightning = Block break and target takes increased damage - Fire + Wind = Deal burn damage and reduced healing
